What Does a 500-Person Webinar Cost?

A 500-person webinar needs two things: a base plan for the people who host the event and the right audience capacity for the event itself.

Start with the regular plan

AONMeetings plans include webinars up to their participant limits, with Standard supporting up to 25 participants, Pro supporting up to 100, and Business Pro supporting up to 250. Larger events use additional webinar capacity.

Choose one-time or monthly capacity

For a single major event, a one-time 500-person webinar option starts at $60. For regular large webinars, monthly 500-person capacity starts at $54.99 per month. Both options include webinar registration, chat, polls, and live interaction tools.

Work out the total

Capacity extends the plan used by the people who host meetings and webinars. Attendees join from the browser link at no cost. Consider how often you run large events, how many hosts need access, and whether a monthly option will be used enough to justify the recurring cost.

Keep the audience experience simple

For a 500-person event, make registration, joining, questions, and the recording easy to find. A clear invitation and browser-based joining reduce the friction that can keep people from attending.
