3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify AONMeetings immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Transmit malware, spyware, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others
- Host or distribute illegal, obscene, or harmful content

AONMeetings is not responsible for unlawful recordings made by users.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- AONMEETINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AONMeetings from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:

- For non-payment
